The Villa accommodation is laid out on one floor and comprises of five bedrooms and four bathrooms and sleeps up to twelve people.

The Master Bedroom has a Queen size bed and has an en suite bathroom with a luxuriously large bath, separate walk in shower, his and hers sinks and toilet. There is a door leading directly to the Lanai area and a separate walk in closet.

Bedroom 2 has a Queen size bed with built in wardrobes and an en suite bathroom which includes bath, shower, toilet and sink unit. There is also a door which leads directly onto the Lanai area.

Bedroom 4 is also a twin room with built in wardrobes. Both rooms 3 and 4 share the use of bathroom 3.
             
Bedroom 5 has a double bed with built in wardrobes and has been adapted to have an en suite wheel in shower room with toilet and sink facilities. These are all wheelchair accessible and a shower chair is available on request

The Great Room is the main lounge area of the villa, spacious and comfortable where you can relax after a fabulous day enjoying the sights and sounds of Florida. The Great Room also has a sofa bed
