......that's why we charge an inclusive hire charge of only £700 ($1200.00) per week. |

This £700 includes all taxes and pool heating if required. |

This price is constant from January 1st 2007 through to December 31st 2008. |

There are no hidden charges, no hidden extras. Be assured that when you book an Ayers Florida Villas you won't be charged any extra for visiting in the school holidays or over the Christmas period. |

We require a £150 deposit per week which is to be paid at the time of booking. |

A refundable security deposit of £200 is also required with the final payment. |

Stays of 7 days or less will be subject to a £50 cleaning charge. |
